Which cookies and local storage Parwal AI actually uses, and how our anonymous visitor analytics work.
1How consent works
- Necessary storage (session security, theme preferences, core navigation) is always on — the website cannot function properly without it.
- Analytics & Telemetry (visitor counts, country/city mapping, button clicks, client issue detection) are optional and off by default. A cookie banner asks on your first visit; nothing optional runs until you choose Accept.
- You can change your choice anytime in Section 7. Rejecting analytics never breaks forms, contact inquiry submissions, or page browsing.

4Third-party content that loads with the product
- Google Fonts: Web typography (Outfit, Plus Jakarta Sans) loads via build-optimized Next.js asset delivery without third-party ad beacons.
- Telegram Bot API: When you submit a support or inquiry ticket on our contact form, an encrypted instant dispatch alert is delivered directly to our admin team's Telegram bot.
- Parwal Cloud Infrastructure: Real-time event synchronization and state persistence run through our high-speed encrypted serverless infrastructure.
5What we do not use
- No Meta / Facebook Pixel: We do not include any Meta tracking pixels or ad retargeting cookies.
- No Advertising or Cross-Site Tracking: We never track your activity across other websites on the internet.
- No Sale of Personal Data: We never sell, rent, or trade your IP, location, or contact details to third-party data brokers.
- No Password or Keystroke Logging: We never capture passwords, private credentials, or form keystrokes.
